Information we handle
OperityHQ may handle account and contact details, authentication records, workspace content, customer relationship data, communications, usage information, and technical service logs. Connected integrations may also provide information that a workspace administrator chooses to bring into OperityHQ.
How information is used
We use information to provide and secure the service, authenticate users, operate requested features, support customers, troubleshoot problems, and improve product reliability. OperityHQ does not sell personal information.
Service providers and integrations
OperityHQ relies on selected providers for hosting, authentication, communications, artificial intelligence, monitoring, and other configured services. Information is shared with those providers only as needed to deliver the relevant function. A connected service is also governed by that provider's terms and privacy practices.
Your choices
Workspace administrators control membership and enabled integrations. You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable law, security requirements, and contractual retention obligations.
