Terms
These baseline terms describe responsible access to and use of the OperityHQ service.

If your organization has a signed service agreement, order form, or addendum with OperityHQ or Distinctive Works, that document controls where it differs from this summary.
Accounts and authorized access
Use OperityHQ only through an account and workspace you are authorized to access. Keep credentials secure, provide accurate account information, and notify your workspace administrator or OperityHQ if you believe an account has been compromised.
Responsible use
Do not use OperityHQ to violate law, another person's rights, communications requirements, or the security of any system. You are responsible for the content, contacts, permissions, and instructions supplied through your workspace.
Customer content and connected services
You retain responsibility for customer content placed in the service. When you enable a third-party integration, you authorize the exchanges necessary to operate that integration and remain responsible for your relationship with that provider.
Service operation
We work to keep OperityHQ available and secure, but maintenance, provider interruptions, testing, and product changes may affect availability. Support and service commitments are governed by any applicable signed agreement or order form.
